About the Program

365bet��籭 Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, we offered the first Practice Doctorate of Nursing of its kind in the nation, and in the more than 50 years since its inception, it continues to serve as a leader in nursing education. As a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) student, you will join a strong network of nursing leaders and graduate ready to enter the workforce as a clinical practice leader, administrator, educator or health policy leader.

What to Expect

You learn from faculty members who are leaders in their fields and draw from the experiences of others in your courses who are working in health systems across the country.

Post-Master's DNP: Our program allows you to work full time while completing your coursework, with intensive sessions that offer concentrated lessons in a short period of time. You’ll learn in a blend of online and in-person classes. You’ll choose from one of the post-master’s DNP elective sequences: educational leadership, practice leadership or executive leadership.

Post-Baccalaureate DNP: If you choose our Nurse Anesthesia DNP, you’ll complete the program in three years through in-person courses.
