The Doctor of Nursing Practice in Anesthesia program emphasizes the development of leadership skills and the ability to implement evidence-based care. 

As a student of our program, you’ll learn to conduct evidence based projects that can improve anesthesia practices and patient outcomes under the supervision of experienced nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists, which will ensure that you’re well-prepared for the demands of your profession. 

You’ll also take part in administering general and regional anesthesia, as you work one-on-one with a clinical preceptor.

If you wish to pursue this program, you’ll need Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree. Additionally, all applicants must have one of more years of recent critical care experience with specialty certification.
